Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order within 6 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or periods of unusually high demand.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
The shipping fee includes packaging and standard delivery.
If expedited shipping or other premium shipping options are available, any additional charges will be clearly shown during checkout.
Shipping Delays

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@alurela.store as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order has been processed for shipment, although changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
