General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase agreement is concluded with Alurela (Nexus Global Commerce Ltd.), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H 9JQ, London, United Kingdom.
By placing products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We will save the contract text and send it to you in text form along with the order details and the terms and conditions. For security reasons, the contract text is not accessible online.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. Details regarding the shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.
4.2 Delivery options
Delivery is exclusively via shipping to the address you provide. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
4.3 Role of the sales agent
Alurela acts as an intermediary between the end customer and the respective supplier. The supplier is responsible for the production, quality, packaging, and shipping of the goods. Alurela accepts no liability for delays, damages, or other problems related to delivery by the supplier.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices listed in the shop apply, which include statutory VAT and all other price components.
5.2 Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit card: Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.
- SEPA Direct Debit: The account will be debited before shipment.
- PayPal/PayPal Express: You must be registered with PayPal. Payment is processed immediately after ordering.
- Klarna prepayment (instant bank transfer): Payment is made immediately and in real time during the ordering process.
- Klarna Pay Later (purchase on account): You pay after receiving the goods within a specified period (e.g. 14 days).

6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Supplier's Responsibility
- The supplier is responsible for the condition, quality, and safety of the delivered products. The statutory warranty for defects remains unaffected and is provided by the supplier.
- If end customers have problems with the products and the initial support provided by Alurela is insufficient, the supplier is obliged to provide further support.
- The supplier warrants that all delivered goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademark rights. If the products are patented, the supplier guarantees that it possesses the necessary licenses for distribution.
6.2 Disclaimer for the online shop
- Alurela acts solely as an intermediary and assumes no responsibility for the quality, functionality or safety of the products.
- The responsibility for warranty services, returns and compliance with legal requirements lies with the respective supplier.
- Alurela is responsible for the success of the online shop, the accuracy of the product descriptions, and the legal compliance of the website. Liability for discrepancies between the product images and descriptions is excluded.
6.3 Customer Service and Return Policy
- Returns and complaints must be made directly to the supplier. Alurela assists the customer in communicating with the supplier, but is not obligated to process refunds or replacements itself.
- Our money-back guarantee applies exclusively to transport damage or incomplete delivery.
- For hygienic reasons, the following items are excluded from exchange: tight-fitting clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetic products, creams and oils.
6.4 Liability for the use of the products
- The products must be used according to the packaging instructions. Alurela accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use.
- No specific results are guaranteed. Individual results may vary.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
